Daily Duties at Xerox (Formerly Acs) :

Responsible for all aspects and day-to-day activities of the service delivery function for multiple business units within ITO Global Service Delivery. Built outstanding client relationships and excelled in account development. Functional role as Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk Senior Manager, ISO 20000 IM/KM leader, and Strategic Unit Leader (SUL) for the Lewisville, Texas location. ▪ Responsible for ensuring service delivery for agreed upon SLAs for multiple business units. ▪ Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance. ▪ Single point of contact (SPOC) for all account escalation of major incidents. ▪ Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management. ▪ Communicate on major service outages/escalations. ▪ Coordinate planned changes with the Service Desk, Change Management, and Operations. ▪ Maintain relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners. ▪ Manage service desk teams and individual objectives, performance and development. ▪ ISO 20000 Site Representative for Incident Management and Process Owner for Knowledge Management, developing, reporting, and analyzing KPIs. ▪ Actively engaged in new account pursuits, account modeling, and client presentations. ▪ Brought domestic business units up to the ITIL v3 standard in service delivery.
