Rapidly advanced from initial qualification to instructor in the C-17. Ensured proper training and crew mix to support worldwide airlift requirements. Integral to successful deployment of theater mobility air forces into Tirana, Albania and other airfields across Europe during NATO’s intervention in Kosovo.
