Daily Duties at General Dynamics C4 Systems:

Far East Regional Manager for Tactical Mission Command  Provided technical and administrative leadership for eight Field Service Engineers supporting Army units in Korea, Japan, the Philippines, and Thailand.  Managed field project tasks in support of over 515 CPOF Clients, 30 server stacks, 26 TAIS workstations, 14 AWS, seven CPOF Repositories, and four TAIS shelters across the Korean Peninsula and Japanese islands.  Monitored, documented, and reported on equipment performance; prepared costs, technical, and human resource forecasts.  Fielded new equipment and software per Department of the Army Unit Set Fielding schedule.  Evaluated and documented subordinates’ performance; coached and provided on-the-job training for improved performance and personal success.  Sourced talent, interviewed candidates, and made hiring recommendations.  Served as liaison between project supervisor/manager, field personnel and customer representatives on project status and problems.
