• On-site project management support for the L’Oreal account coordinating efforts between L’Oreal teams, SGS, printers and creative houses for all Garnier Hair packaging • Manage artwork obtaining approvals from proper departments prior to art release; Manage mechanical accuracy; Review and release approved artwork; Lead pre-production calls to trouble shoot any possible printing issues; Supervise approves on color proofs, drawdowns and artwork standards • Assist on print trial approvals prior to commercial printing • Collaborate and assist with the implementation of new procedures pertaining to artwork management and workflow • Maintain electronic library of up-to-date artwork and ingredients lists as well as artwork standard library • Chair weekly status meetings sourcing timelines and driving the momentum of each project • Review invoices for accuracy and create POs
