Daily Duties at Qwest Information Technologies:
Manage 15 to 18 person program manager, project manager and Business Analyst team, with responsibility and accountability for project management on approximately $15 million plus annual project budget across all eBusiness Applications. Managed eCommerce and web-services based software development projects across several corporate development organizations. Responsible for overall program management for all projects; oversaw project teams, budgets, project schedules, risk and mitigating issues. Project and program deliverables included multiple initiatives to re-design and bring in new technology hardware and software to enable state of the art technology. Responsible for establishing all project and program processes for estimating and managing project using software development methodologies to align with Qwest IT Architecture Strategy.
