Daily Duties at Ciber:

Perform gap analysis on existing support applications to identify areas for improvement and cycle time reduction. Manage 20 to 30 person team responsible for Microsoft Asset Management Supply Chain end to end processes including Procurement of all IT project hardware and software, management of Deployment Project Managers responsible for deploying customer hardware & software, and managing a team responsible for Microsoft production hardware asset inventory. Responsible for establishment of a new program to erase production data center hard drives for return to the vendor for credit, which resulted in savings for Microsoft along with cost avoidance. Responsible for performing SAS70/ISO quarterly audits across Global Foundation Domestic and International production data centers, perform gap analysis associated with hardware not found within the data center. Create new processes and train Microsoft Data Center Services personnel for each Microsoft Data Center Sites, includes engaging Microsoft Security to initiate new processes.
