- Synthesized linker molecules and Cu, Zn incorporated new microporous coordination polymers (MCPs). - Purified linker molecules for MCPs using conventional column chromatography and automated column chromatography instruments (CombiFlash). - Performed method development, evaluation, optimization and identification of linker molecules using 1D NMR (1H and 13C). - Optimized and operated Single and Powder X-ray Diffraction methods and TGA for MCPs. - Operated NOVA and Autosorb for characterization of porous materials (Zn and Cu MCPs) for gas storage. - Optimized MATERIAL STUDIO software to develop new model compounds (MCPs). - Operated Polarized Light Microscope for MCPs, Handled glove box to purify MCPs.
