Daily Duties at Vitas Healthcare:
In my position I am responsible for managing business directive on executive management strategic growth and deployment. The group covers a vast range planning procurement and project planning support. It is responsible for RFI’s, RFQ’s SOW, Business Analyst, baseline reports, project budget forecasting and monthly re-occurring cost. Hospice Development, implementation, maintenance, inventory, vendor selection, Daily resource work log. Procurement, inventory of equipment received. Software regulatory certificates are current and filed. UAT Testing for final sign off. Urgency of nurses tools and needs to provide quality patient care. Hospice never closes 7/24/365 days. Patients come first.
