Daily Duties at Unilever:
Keeping members informed, discussing policies, clarifying union objectives, working for the betterment of the group, discouraging factional bickering, and policing the contract, participating in negotiations, and settling grievances. Monitor and enforce the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (labor contract) to ensure both the firm and union worker are not violating the terms of the agreement. Ensured that the firm complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Popularize and promote union consciousness and values in the workplace.
