Daily Duties at Ameritas Life Insurance:
Leading Sales Operations, including Sales Training, Field Sales Support, Field Sales Services, and Financial Analytics. Coach, mentor, and motivate seven direct reports: Manager of Sales Training, Manager of Field Sales Services, Four Practice Leaders, and a Financial Analyst. Act as a business partner to departments both inside and outside of the group division, primarily consulting on effective communication, team building, and personal/leadership coaching. Effectively manage annual budget of $6M+.
