Daily Duties at Research Triangle Institute International:

 Manage, direct, and prioritize the functional activities of the Property Management Department to include staff supervision.  Manage and track all RTI Owned Capital Equipment to include the reporting of equipment losses, damages and or thefts. Provide oversight and assistance with each annual statistical analysis as well preparing final review results for the RTI Controller & the CFO.  Assist the Fixed Asset accounting and facilities management teams with capital equipment disposal, sale or donation to ensure accuracy within the fixed asset accounting system.  Performed contract administration functions including evaluations, project control reporting, financial reports, and final closeout reporting. Maintain procedures as required for compliance documentation for all projects to include all contracts, cooperative agreements and grants.  Participates in the RTI Supply Management Internal Reviews to ensure the Internal Audit Team Program is conducted in-accordance with applicable contract regulations.  Develop and continuously improve a FAR 52.245‐1 compliant government property system.  Interface with all RTI staff levels to maintain appropriate attention to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance.  Serve as the government property point of contact for asset related activity with the Go Manage, direct, and prioritize the functional activities of the Property Management Department to include staff supervision.  Manage and track all RTI Owned Capital Equipment to include the reporting of equipment losses, damages and or thefts.
