• Developed and executed a European and Asian sales strategy to grow sales outside of North America including accurate forecasting for sales and successful identification of resellers • Visited resellers and distributors on a global basis to initiate client relationships • Added 30 new international resellers and distributors in Asia and Europe • Secured OEM agreements with 2 major microscope manufacturers for the production and distribution of Lumencor products • Hired and managed a North American Sales Director and a West Coast Sales Executive • Played a highly active role in R&D for future product development • Participated in annual sales and marketing meetings as well as less formal meetings regarding R&D, sales and marketing strategy and status updates • Developed, deployed and maintained a custom version of SugarCRM to standardize quotes, customer relations, invoices, marketing and sales activities
