Develops forms and record keeping systems for surveillance activities and prepares statistical reports. Develops instructional material for the Infection Prevention and Control Program and coordinates training. Implements regulatory and accreditation standards related to infection control objectives using available resources. Review literature for updates and prepares necessary changes. Observes, investigates and implicate control measures when outbreak or cluster is identified among staff and patients. Researches, analyze and interprets statistical data. Design and write protocols for infection control and evaluates patient care. Submit data for SSI and CAUTI, C.diff and MRSA to NHSN
