Daily Duties at Harris Corp.:

Group leader providing support on government communications systems programs and aerospace systems programs. Work package manager including budget. At various times, provided customer and vendor interface including vendor qualification. Supervised up to ten engineering personnel. Was project engineer in charge of engineering changes and wrote hundreds of engineering change orders (ECOs). Worked with design engineering in design for manufacturability. Was team lead on various quality improvement initiatives (using lean six sigma principles) for cost savings.
