Daily Duties at Rabobank International:

Global Security Responsibilities: Member of the Global Security Management Team (GSMT), Co-Manager of the Global Risk Management COC (Center of Competence) and member of the Global Physical and Functional Security COC. This work involves not only review and policy making, governance of the Global Risk Management practice and decision making on high risk matters affecting different Regions; but also includes on-site problem solving of local organizations where needed (Chile, Brazil, Singapore, USA: Missouri, Iowa and California). Local Security Responsibilities: Wholesale North America One of my primary responsibilities when I came over from my Audit position was to re-design the Security Team, develop BCP and change the negative perception of the Security function. This was the most challenging opportunity in my career.
