Tasked with developing/improving all deposit and treasury management products. • Led national Sales Team to penetrate new markets, structure complex relationships & generate long-term growth. • Provided exceptional leadership that boosted employee morale and improved individual performance; trained, developed, mentored, and led employees to exceed revenue goals. • Established strategic initiatives, developed/implemented sales plans, increased profitability, retained key employees, and created/marketed key business deposit and treasury products. • Personally developed and cultivated large client relationships, managed client portfolio, and integrated new technologies that reduced costs, increased efficiencies, and improved operational performance.
