Daily Duties at Convercent:
Maintained and grew strong relationships with 150 clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business Updated and created new operational procedures to streamline internal processes for customer support and scalability Conducted in depth product training and product demos for C-level Executives and mid-level users Managed relationship with third party Call Center which handled all local and international calls from reporting parties for Convercent anonymous hotline service Responsible for training call center reps, maintaining call metrics, QA call center reps on verbal and written skills QA testing of new product releases to Convercent Application to insure usability of new features Worked closely with sales to enhance renewal opportunities, increasing ACV by introducing new platform and professional services Strategically planned with clients to help with implementation and rollout strategies to their employees
