Daily Duties at Verizon Communications:

Responsible for managing a team of resources that built and maintained the Customer Care Test Databases. Responsible for creating Progression and Regression test data. Responsible for working with Network to ensure that all new product data structures would flow with out error from the End User Applications to the Back End billing and provisioning systems. Also responsible for masking all customer sensitive data to prevent viewing by testers or offshore employees/contractors. Responsible for providing mid year/end of year appraisals. Responsible for interviewing and training new team members. Responsible for attending executive staff meeting and providing weekly status of Data Activities.
