Daily Duties at The Working Chef Inc:

Delegating and running multiple operations, hiring the best staff I could to run the different companies I owned and retain a level of service that we were well known for. I was located on the North Shore of Long Island and did off premise catering from NYC to the Hamptons with 5 star service at all times. Costed out all recipes and designed the many different menus for the different facilities I owned and managed. i went out a scoped out all job sites with the tent rental company to size up the tent and all rentals of tables, chairs and all equipment to pull of the event with the specifications by the client and what exactly they wanted to present to their guests.
