Daily Duties at Garden City Grill:
Over saw a staff of 23 in preparing all fresh food with 4 live stations with food prepared right in front of the guests as well as prepared ahead sandwiches, wraps and fruit platters. We had 6 to 8 specials every day and we were open for breakfast, lunch and dinners to go. Did a 12PM and 5PM register reading to check sales and keep the cashiers honest with an opening draw of cash that they had to be responsible for and check against sales every day.
