Daily Duties at Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream:
Perform strategic analysis and modeling on historical data received from across all distribution routes and compiling into a project timeline to execute. Analyze historical and forecast service data and labor headcount models to develop recommendations to improve labor demand/capacity management. Analyze distribution system and present findings & recommendations to promote an understanding of related costs as well as opportunities for cost reduction. Plan for changes in sales, delivery, and merchandising structure of local markets. Anticipate effects of seasonal fluctuations, new product lines, or acquisitions. Works directly with local Sales Managers to improve the distribution system through improved routing and constant monitoring and analysis of the distribution system to ensure customer demand optimization and alignment with business goals and company synergies.
