Daily Duties at Management Training Consultants Inc.:
Training National Guard Recruiters and senior leadership on how to utilize marketing data to maximize there ability to recruit and maintain top quliauty individuals. • Trains Army National Guard recruiters on Army Recruiting Information Support Systems (ARISS) applications for 50 states and 4 territories consisting of approximately 5,500 recruiters • Instructs recruiters and supervisors in multiple ARISS computer applications and administrative tools including time management and analyzing market demographics • Develops and provides technical training techniques manuals for new ARISS updates connectivity, reporting tools and systems modification efforts • Assists and provides support to ARNG Recruiting and Retention personnel using training aids such as training models and devices to enhance training outcome, with ARISS related concerns • Conducts extensive fact finding and research to select, interprets and adapts complex, detailed training material from various sources and other agencies to develop training materials. Develops course material to include new or modified study guides, visual aids, simulations and tests on learning written tests
