Daily Duties at Tata Infotech Limited:
As a project lead formulate a knowledge transfer(KT) plan for the 4 member team to provide 24x7 support and maintenance for Automated Clearing House(ACH) application at National City Bank Columbus OH. The application was a third party product from Sterling Commerce used for wholesale banking operation for inter and intra bank fund transfer. I had to ensure availability of the application/system at all time as it had a very high SLA. Periodically apply product upgrade and updates supplied by the vendor for bug fixes and comply to Federal banking rules/regulations.
