Daily Duties at Mastek:
Project Lead at offshore with three direct reporting Team Leads and a team size of 30 plus for Fidelity's Integrated Customer System application migration from legacy IDMS database to relational DB2 with revamp to an n-tier architecture for the new GUI front end. I was involved at all level with DB2 database design, ETL to migrate data, redesign of backend cobol batch process, scheduling with Control-M, OLTP wrapper design to interface with GUI front end, defining standards for technical specification and code development, review of testing and quality assurance process, documentation, security and audit compliance, issue resolution and team management.
