Daily Duties at E*Trade :
• Upload all files purchased from different Lenders/ Input all contact information / review both flow and bulk deal files. • Reviewed and contacted Servicer for mortgage exception documents. • Assist all underwriters / Auditor for special auditor every quarter (150 + files) • Assist manager to manage Habitat Humanity homeowner for their monthly payment / escrow / Insurance payment. • Run report and input into accounting system / Balance monthly report prior given to Habitat Humanity head quarter accountant. • Assist Manger to update procedure among Record / Servicing Dept. • Performed data analysis for record management activities. .
