• Communicate and serve as customer service among Broker, Title agent, Underwriter and other branches. • Greet new brokers / Account Executive, fill out registration request and input into data track. • Analyzed and evaluated credit and financial information to assess creditworthiness of borrowers. • Evaluated adequacy of collateral and prepared weekly errors and production reports and funded mortgage loans if all conditions are satisfied. • Audited mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines. • Reviewed mortgage loans for compliance with terms and conditions of the loan approval sheet. • Corrected all errors made by mortgage loan closers, underwriters, and customer service representatives.
