• Daily Production Processing: Operationally process Acquisitions transactions from external customers and perform transaction quality control. • Processes the MBS and Whole Loan transactions concurrently with additional project work that may be assigned. • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and build business relationships with external and internal customers such as lenders, location offices, Customer Service, Trading Desk and the Whole Loan Desk. • Participate in the development of detailed customer plans to identify most effective strategies for meeting customer business needs while achieving internal operations objectives. • Analysis & Problem Solving: Exercise sound business judgment to manage business/financial risks associated with acquisitions processing as well as to analyze current processes, and system applications to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements. Analyze delivery statistics for monthly/daily MIS, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
