Multiple amounts or entries are totaled on tape to be attached to the report. Once the trustee statements are prepped, the required data elements are entered in the ACD system, check the compliance and Quality Control to ensure data are correct. Work with Servicers to check on proper procedure that results in data error and to make sure it balance with the month end report. • Prepared month-end SOX reports for management and assist in revising the procedural manuals. • Assisted to manage and monitor the REO mailbox for request from servicer as the gatekeeper. • Prepared a master file change (MFC) for loans that are approved to be rollback out of REO into foreclosure status. • Ensured by researching that the loan is an input loan requiring a MFC and that the approval from the designated counsel has been obtained if applicable. • Generated the required documentation from MIDAS to back up processing of the MFC. • Submitted to ClearQuest to be processed and Loss Mitigation WorkStation is properly commented. • Assisted the Electronic Data Reporting Unit (EDR) to resolve edits as needed.
