Daily Duties at Vision It Inc Contract For Freddiemac :
• REO rollback process decision, working with servicer for REO issues. • Obtain loan modification requests submitted by servicers for review through Workout Prospector , workstation and Blitzdoc. • Verify Income, Affordability and Credit Analysis to determine preliminary qualification under Freddiemac Guideline & Decision loan modifications within level of authority • Request sale-date postponements when applicable for properties in Foreclosure • Follow up, assist and advise servicers on any pertinent issues regarding the scopes of loan modifications in the event of procedural changes • Assisted File Prep to upload and assign files to the Negotiators. • Upload Loan Status Manager, Approval, Denied letter for negotiators. • Conduct and work with other colleagues for cross training on REO and Standard MOD, unemployment Forbearance and Reapyment Plan process. • Oversees the negotiating to ensure servicers follow correct guideline and decision files from REO Roll Back, Standard Mod, Unemployment Forbearance, Repayment Plan. Set up REO and work in the REO mailbox from the gatekeeper to ensure new REO rollback are process and decision in timely manner.
