Daily Duties at Friedkin Business Services:
Ensured the optimal operating efficiency and safety of the facility in this multi-dimensional position. Expertly administrated all facets of the organization’s Computerized Management Maintenance System, including developing assets inventory, assigning preventative maintenance, managing regulatory testing/inspections, maintaining service contracts/warranties, tracking work order completion, and preparing monthly statistical reports for senior leadership. Worked extensively with internal departments and external facilities to improve the effectiveness of key administrative activities including parts inventory management, RFPs/quotes, purchase order processing, budget management, and payroll. Managed all safety initiatives for the facility, including building safety, employee well-being, and disaster recovery plans. Consistently recognized by executives and senior leaders for outstanding performance and dedication. Prepared and oversaw logistics for office move to corporate building, re-organizing confidential files, purchasing appropriate office equipment and supplies, and coordinating with IT to set up phone and computer systems to ensure seamless relocation. Maximized the health, safety, and well-being of all employees by serving and coordinating Floor Warden training, safety meetings, fire drills, and CPR/AED training; ensured compliance of all life safety, internal air quality, and building management programs. Ensured disaster readiness by preparing the facility’s emergency evacuation procedures, and maintaining emergency supplies, inventory, building rounds, and vendor lists for the Hurricane Disaster Plan. Laid the foundation for successful audit results by composing comprehensive manuals and facilitating training at two locations to ensure compliance.
