Daily Duties at Verge Llc:

Excellent relationship-building skills with strong business acumen to provide a support system for the field management team, as well as, the executive leadership group. Working cross-functionally with each group housed within the organization including Human Resources, Accounting, Sales Reporting, Vendor Management, Front-line Sales, Executive Leadership and Commissions. Responsible for all administrative operations, report creation for senior leadership, calendar management, formatting letters, minute taking, background checks, hiring, transfers and terminations, expense tracking, invoice coding, distribution lists, organization charts, birthday lists, payroll and commission administration managing time approvals, vacation and PTO earnings, travel including visa applications, event setup, scheduling meetings, RFPs/quotes, assigning preventative maintenance, tracking work order completion, procuring office supplies, furniture and equipment, personal administration and executive support.
