Daily Duties at Software Paradigms International:
Onsite lead and coordinator for client (Macys) managing team sizes varying from 4 to 20 members at onsite and offshore. I have done application consolidation for acquisitions like May Co into Macys, mergers and consolidation of various regional divisions into one like “My Macys”, Departments consolidation from various selling channels for buyers into a Single View of Inventory and Strategic Business Transition Initiatives like Loyalty and Smart POS system for business process re-engineering. Hence I am exposed to various retail business functions like Inventory, Order management, Logistics, Big Ticket Retailing, Loyalty, Planning and Reporting. I am hands on with high level of expertise and experience on mainframe technologies like JCL, Cobol, DB2, VSAM, Datacom, CICS and Teradata, SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, data modeling, ETL, code development, deploy and support of application. I have also worked on application modernization and efficiency enhancement.
