Trained Army National Guard recruiters on Army Recruiting Information Support Systems (ARISS) applications for 50 states and 4 territories consisting of approximately 5,500 recruiters with the overall goal to assist the National Guard in utilizing automation tools to identify high priority leads. • Instructed recruiters and supervisors in multiple ARISS computer applications and administrative tools including time management and market demographics analyzes allowing the recruiter to analyze where they should do marketing campaigns based on lead self-identification i.e. returning mailer, going to web site and call ins to phone contact line for more information. Managers are able to determine where the entire regions leads are and is able to divide the area up within his recruiting team and evaluate if the recruiters are contacting and marketing to the areas with the greatest chance of enlisting. In addition instructing the recruiter on how to process the applicant entirely paperless and
