Led various projects to increase program efficiency and overall department Key Portfolio Item (KPI) performance. Maintained large-scale budget using a series of toll gate reviews and tool automation processes to mitigate human error. Secondary responsibility included project lead for merger, acquisition, and divesture (MAD) initiatives to optimize the MAD process and create reusable tools for all subsequent initiatives designed to improve efficiency and consolidate procedures.
