Daily Duties at Jvvacs:
Analyze current financial condition of a business and provide recommendations and alternatives to improve customer’s operations. Represent customer as a financial consultant to obtain an appropriate commercial loan that fulfills the business needs and adjusts to their current operations. Develop customer ideas (projects) regarding their new or existing business considering their current financial condition and identifying any other thing that the client may need in order to execute the idea or project. Provide Financial Statements Analysis, and Forecast Analysis. Maintain and prepare bookkeeping to accounting customers focusing in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit/Collection, Payroll, Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Financial Statements. Provide Tax Consulting Services. Prepare Individual Income Tax Returns, Returns of Taxable Corporations and Partnerships, Property Tax Report, Quarterly Income Tax Reports, Corporate Annual Report for State Department, and Sales Tax Monthly Report, among others. Develop Business Plan for a start-up and existing business for small and medium businesses.
