Daily Duties at Caribbean Properties Group:
Maintain, analyze, negotiate with borrowers and monitor judicial proceedings of assigned Non Performing Loans Portfolio. Arrange with suppliers all necessary improvements to the entire portfolio of properties converted to REO and inspect work performed by supplier. Prepare approval memorandum and present to investors viable offers received by borrowers regarding possible DPO’s, repayment schedules, and consent judgment negotiations, among others. Prepare closing and related documents to formalize transactions with borrowers. Prepare and present to investor’s business plans regarding each NPL’s and REO’s over $1 million every six months. Perform monthly visits to REO’s and NPL’s collateral properties to ensure their protection and preservation. Perform all required special projects requested by top management and investors to enhance returns from the acquired portfolio.
