• Underwrote loans daily to adhere to company and agency guidelines. • Underwrote Fannie Mae and Freddie Loans. • Performed manual underwriting on unsalable loans and work to remedy • Performed manual underwriting, for conforming and Non-conforming loans • Lending authority to $1,000,000 on all loan products • Performed underwriting due diligence on refinance and purchase loan products • Contacted customers as well as 3rd parties for information gathering • Performed quality review audits to look for underwriter and/or processor error as well as compliance in meeting company and investor guidelines as well as fraud audit review for supervised team • Utilized various software to gather information • Interviewed with customers and 3rd party vendors • Led projects that helped improve department efficiency and processes
