• Re-underwrote customer mortgage loans adhering to HUD/FHA’s Guidelines • Responsible for manual underwriting • Performed Due Diligence on loans with suspected misrepresentations to include customer contact as well as 3rd party contact • Responsible for manual forensic underwriting on defaulted mortgages to look for buyback opportunity on both refinance and purchase products • Performed loan quality review and fraud audits • Prepared management reports relating to buybacks and unsalable loans
