Daily Duties at Tires Plus:

Developed customer relationships resulting in new customers, referrals and increased sales. Consistent top sales person in the 21 store district, including top credit card sales. Manage customer complaints resulting in turning a complaint into a customer for life. Coach, trained and mentor new sales team members in our district and my store. Met with key business leaders to develop business relationships and secure corporate accounts. Received 6 customer compliment lettters/calls to our corporate office; 1 published in the section, “Have you given your customer a pickle today?” section of the Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC newsletter Managed a store through process improvements. Managed and trained a staff of 15. Responsible for the store budget, consistently met 100% safety each month. Responsible for the ordering of supplies and all management functions of running a retail store. Analyzed budget reports daily, number of credit cards reports, responded to customer complaints, all operational reports on a weekly, monthly basis were reviewed. Reviewed all purchase orders, tires in inventory and tire deliveries, ordered supplies.. Transitioned store through new process; 1st district to implement new work processes for Tires Plus and Firestone stores.
