Daily Duties at Us Bank:
Organized training for new employees per month, responsible for 8 employees. Reviewed daily operations to ensure we are audit ready and developed training and coaching accordingly. Review accounts daily, overdraft reports daily, ensure all accounts were opened properly, review return deposited item reports, loan exception reports, review all loans before being sent to the loan department, review all business accounts. Conduct one-on-one weekly coaching sessions will all employees. Weekly provide feedback to employees on customer service direct observations. Adminstered performance reviews, established development plans and performance action plans. Weekly reviewed customer service (Gallup) reports. Established best practices and routines, set expectations resulting in a passed audit. Daily ensure all compliance and safety policies are followed. Deepen relationships with consumer and business customers through profiling and needs based selling. Responisble for day-to-day operations, sales, forecasting and adjustments to business needs of a banking center. Responsible for scheduling, hiring, development, sucession planning and holding staff accountable to meet their montly/quarterly goals. Manage and evaluate performance. Resourceful and innovative in problem-solving. Able to troubleshoot and resolve disputes. Strong prioritization, delegation and planning skills. Daily meet with customers to uncover needs the bank might fulfill from a sales perspective and/or work to resolve any service issues whether with on-line banking, their account or possible fraud from someone taking their information. Correct teller balancing or other errors ona daily/weekly basis. Provide compliance training/quizzes weekly to all staff. Prepare sales reports for the district manager daily/weekly/quarterly.
