Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Managed all operations of the second larest banking center in the North Kansas city market. Assisted customers with any complaints. Reviewed all accounts opened at the branch. Reviewed operational reports, budget reports, sales reports, and teller difference reports. Administered performance reviews, set expectations, coached and counseled employees. Set goals and daily monitored how they were being met or exceeded. Trained new employees, developed policies and procedures. Led off-site events Page 3, Bank of America continued designed to educate potential customers and students resulting in sales for the branch. Met with business customers to deepen the relationship and increase sales. Exceeded personal referral sales goals resulting in being #1 in the Kansas City North market.
