Provided support for hardware and software on new electronic disability project. Diagnosed electronic transfer failures and trace stuck document. Once document is found, I released to its destination and troubleshot the causes for the failure and why it got stuck there in the first place. Installed windows operating system and setup the Front End Capture System (FECS). Installed Kofax Ascent Capture and instructed user how to use it to scan document and index batch documents. traveled countrywide performing dry run and supporting production across state disability centers and SSA facilities across the U.S. Analyzed and isolated electronic paperless problems and reprocessed images (tiff files) and xml files from numerous folders. Resolved issues in the document management architecture application employed to view images from an IBM Content Manager Repository
