• Created the entire banking system for all of our loan products using the Silverlake JHA system • Managed the entire loan operation system, and all maintenance functions • Uploaded loans in the operating system after they’ve been returned from the closing attorney • Built entire loan system for our loan document system using Laser Pro • Created entire loan scanning product and functionality within the Synergy database • Process Loan Closings, Advances, Payments, and Maintenance Items – including Rollovers, Conversion, Margin Changes and Other Operational Transactions – as well as, Loan Closings, Renewals and Loan Modification on an on-going basis.
