Daily Duties at Redco Foods, Inc:

• Managed full-cycle HR support, monitored performance management, and established staffing and succession strategies; designed and implemented HR policies and procedures. • Analyzed management compensation/salary and staffing metrics to develop HR strategies; conducted cost benefit analyses; analyzed and evaluated benefit levels and impact; and identified appropriate insurance models. • Designed and instituted benefits programs including Worker’s Compensation policies and procedures; developed and administered employee performance reviews; and investigated/resolved grievances. • Interviewed and selected employees, facilitated on-boarding and orientation programs, designed employee surveys and retention programs, and contributed to recruitment initiatives. • Conducted needs assessments/skills assessments; evaluated training needs; developed training curricula/materials; conducted EEO and harassment training; and delivered development/training programs including onsite training, classroom-based instruction, and Train-the-Trainer classes.
