Daily Duties at Blue Chip Marketing:

• Perform activities of monitoring sites enrollment of patients • Manage the sites portal tracker of referring patients • Ensure all sites were in compliance with the FDA regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices • Monitor the sites tracking and reviewing of all enrollment documents on a timely basis • Resolve all site portal tracker problems within the sponsor time frame • Help sites enroll patients • Help sites keep patients in the study throughout the remainder of the • All reports are completed in a timely manner • Weekly telephone conferences • Answer all emails and telephone calls in a timely manner • Review all data placed in the portal by the sites on a daily basis • Maintains updated Regulatory documents and Informed Consents with all sites.
