Daily Duties at Apollo Transfer Company, Llc:
Recruited drivers nationally as needed. Contracts were on the east coast as well as the west coast and Midwest. Collected all required documentations required by law. Coordinated efforts with Safety and Dispatch and maintenance to insure all drivers were dispatched out in a timely fashion. Averaged about 400 new drivers per year. Performed all background investigations, supervised new hire drug-screen program and conducted all orientations for Drive-away applicants and Tractor trailer fleet.
