Provided sales, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul for Caterpillar and Detroit engines. Built clutches for Caterpillar and Twin Disc. On call for 24-hour periods. Sold Caterpillar and Detroit engines and parts. Researched parts in an internal computer system (Oracle, SIS, TMI Web). Created invoices for parts and upon arrival, distributed parts to customer. Helped maintain warehouse inventory such as logging, separating, and organizing. Coordinated, supervised, and provided resources for jobs conducted both nationally and internationally. Grew parts and service sales by 25% over the course of 4 years.
