Daily Duties at Technical Die Casting:

 Production Manager responsible for directing Lean Manufacturing operations and managing all phases of aluminum cased part production.  Supervised and delegated duties to staff members, supported new production implementations, and met daily production, safety, quality, labor efficiency, and housekeeping standards.  Maintained and updated all records and documentation, coordinating with other departments to facilitate effective communication.  Collaborated with the Quality Assurance department to ensure achievement of project specifications within established timeline and budget.
