Daily Duties at Iap Worlwide Services Iraq:
I was tasked with coordinating and carrying out all new construction projects at a site near the Baghdad Int'l Airport. The Dept of State had taken over a strategic site that Saddam Hussein had built into a palace and we used this site to distribute materials, equipment, and personnel to other parts of Iraq. I created the proposals, drew all project plans in AutoCAD format for presentation, sought out all sub-contractor bids, selected most suited sub-contractor to do the work, monitored progress through proper schedules in Primavera P5, inspected all work, and finally paid and closed out all project sites.
