Provide strategic oversight of HR functions for successful oilfield services organization. Lead and manage a team that supports over 750 employees. Special emphasis in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compliance and performance management, data collection and analysis, and HRIS self-service. Provide counsel to management. Develop a structured recruitment and selection process, greatly improving employee talent levels, implementation of a program to regularly gather employee satisfaction feedback, improve the process of progressive discipline to reduce termination related litigation, while ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations.
